Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Center Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-6 years old.

The Center Head will lead a high-performing childcare business with a motivated and self-directed team, ensuring the highest standards of behaviour and customer service.

The role involves continuous improvement of practices, policies, processes, and behaviours that underpin a safety culture. The Center Head will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain internal 'green' audits and external 'good, excellent or outstanding' assessments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a nursery strategy to outperform people, quality, and growth KPIs.
  • Coach the highest levels of performance from every member of their team.
  • Deliver world-class customer service aligned to local expectations.
  • Optimise budgeted occupancy levels.
  • Have up-to-date knowledge of early education and childcare quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Early Years Qualification (Early Years Degree desirable).
  • Skills: Sound commercial acumen, powerful performance coaching, collaborative and decisive leadership, analytical capability, planning and strategy, uncompromising on quality.
  • Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office and English language.
