Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong knowledge of configuration and integration principles to configure and integrate Guidewire Policy Center.
  • Collaborate with digital product teams and subject matter experts to design and develop approaches for configuration, effort estimation, and build of design documents.
  • Design, develop, configure, and unit test enhancements and defects in Guidewire Policy Center.
  • Contribute as a key member of the development team to future Guidewire development initiatives.
  • Assist with production support by analyzing logs, identifying potential problems and defects, and performing root cause analysis.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in Guidewire Policy Center Configuration and Integration is essential.
  • Familiarity with GW Integration Gateway Frameworks and common integration design patterns used by Policy Center is required.
  • Expertise in GW Rating and Admin management is highly valued.
  • Certification: Guidewire Cloud Certified Associate Developer or Guidewire Cloud Certified Integration Specialist is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a programming language (Java or Python) is necessary.
  • Experience in the Canadian Personal Line Insurance industry domain is advantageous.
