Our team is seeking a skilled Smartsheet Solutions Developer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and optimizing Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and advanced reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Development: Design and build high-quality Smartsheet dashboards and forms to provide clear business insights and streamline data collection.
  • Integration Management: Configure and manage Smartsheet-Jira integrations for seamless project tracking and reporting.
  • Reporting Solutions: Develop and maintain advanced Smartsheet reports for analytics, KPIs, and executive-level visibility.
  • Platform Administration: Administer and manage the Smartsheet platform including users, groups, workspaces, and access controls.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
  • Automated Workflows: Implement and manage automated workflows, notifications, and approvals within Smartsheet.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure governance, security, and compliance best practices across Smartsheet environments.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
  • Innovation: Explore opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics using Smartsheet advanced features (Data Mesh, Control Center, Resource Management).

Requirements

  • Expertise in Smartsheet: Strong expertise in Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
  • Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with Smartsheet–Jira integrations (native connector or third-party tools).
  • Reporting Skills: Proven ability to design advanced reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams.
  • Experience and Knowledge: 4+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user, knowledge of Smartsheet automation, governance, and data management best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
