Automation Expertise Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions. This role will involve leading complex projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies, with experience in RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Proficiency in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3 is required. Java is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex automation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time.
  • Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, solutions, and system configurations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation to ensure our organization remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Coding Skills: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Java is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
