We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee financial planning and performance for wind energy and EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for wind energy and EPC projects, analyzing variances and preparing periodic reports for management review.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Ensure proper project cost allocation, tracking, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide financial insights and support decision-making, coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
  • Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 7–10 years of financial experience, preferably in EPC / wind energy / infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
