Senior Manager - Peptide Production

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies for peptide manufacturing activities to optimize plant capacity.
  • Ensure sustainable quality production by monitoring and reducing process times, cleaning cycles, and prep batches on Prep HPLC.
  • Improve yields and processes of synthesis and analytical sections.
  • Collaborate with purchase and planning departments to deliver goods in time.
  • Ensure smooth interaction with each department for efficient functioning.
  • Comply with waste water disposal policies and maintain a disciplined workforce.
  • Develop innovative practices to increase productivities and upgrade work culture.
  • Maintain Good Documentation Practices and Good Laboratory Practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience.
  • 15-20 years of experience in Peptide API plant management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
