QHSE Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Assistant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality, health, safety, and environmental programs that align with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements for the workforce.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions related to health, safety, environment, and quality standards to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters to foster a safe working culture.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal policies across projects and operations to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QHSE standards into all operational activities.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to QHSE performance and incidents to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in QHSE management with a focus on program development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
