Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team in New Product Development. As an Engineer, you will be responsible for driving innovation and development of new metal powder grades in India, from concept stage to complete product development.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and performance requirements, coordinate feasibility studies, lab-scale trials, and pilot plant testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good knowledge in powder metallurgy or relevant fields
  • Project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good system knowledge
  • ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC certification

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgy and Material Science is required, with around 2-5 years of work experience in a related field.
