About the Role

We are looking for a Dynamic Cold Calling Specialist to join our growing team at ReachUp Digital. The role involves market research, cold calling, follow-up calls, appointment setting, and supporting RFQ & PO generation for our global B2B clients. If you are passionate about sales outreach, relationship building, and creating business opportunities, this is the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, target accounts, and decision-makers.
  • Perform cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for client sales teams.
  • Handle follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
  • Assist in RFQ (Request for Quotation) and PO (Purchase Order) generation support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly appointment and lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency a must).
  • Strong research and prospecting skills using LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories.
  • Ability to build rapport and confidently pitch over the phone.
  • Good CRM/data entry skills to manage leads and track outreach.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of RFQ/PO processes will be an added advantage.
