Highway Construction Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Highway Engineer to join our team.

We are looking for a professional with expertise in road development projects, specifically in rural areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on ADB funded projects and possess strong knowledge of civil engineering principles.

• BE Civil Engineering degree required;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field;
• Proficiency in local language (10th standard level);

The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for implementing rural road development projects under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS). This project is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and aims to improve connectivity and livelihoods in rural areas.

As a Highway Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing road infrastructure projects;
• Leading teams of engineers and technicians in the implementation of projects;
• Collaborating with government officials and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution;
