Senior Executive Position

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data for construction features, planning maintenance, and coordinating with teams to execute work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and approve drawings, method statements, material approvals, and technical specifications required for the project and maintenance.
  • Inspect RCC structures and norms, building finishes, installation and material finishes such as clean room partitions, PU, epoxy flooring, RCC zero-level flooring, brickwork, plaster, gypsum punning, false ceilings, aluminum doors and windows, floor tiles, painting, and all other architectural finishes related to building construction.
  • Plan and execute project and plant modifications while coordinating with consultants, site contractors, and other departments.
  • Prepare budgets and estimates for projects and other modification-related activities.
  • Develop bills of quantities for civil and finishing work based on drawings.
  • Process purchase requests for civil and building finishing-related work and coordinate with the purchase team for effective purchase orders.
  • Allocate work to subordinates and contractors according to priorities.
  • Mobilize civil and finishing teams according to work requirements.
  • Verify measurement and billing activities for civil work.
  • Update plant floor layout drawings based on plant modifications and project change controls.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documents and drawings for licensing purposes with government and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop preventive maintenance plans for building facilities to execute plant maintenance work.
