Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional cleaning and maintenance services.

  • Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee staff on a daily basis, ensuring that all team members are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence, ensuring seamless coverage at all times.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and maintenance protocols, including establishing and educating staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.
