Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Store Manager to lead our team in achieving revenue growth, controlling inventory levels, and adhering to company guidelines. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that drive business success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a customer-centric approach. They will also have strong analytical and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue growth through effective sales strategies and promotions
  • Control inventory levels and minimize shrinkage
  • Implement and adhere to company SOPs
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve targeted Annual Operations Planning (AOP), Gross Margin, and Sales Per Square Foot (SPSF)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in retail management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
