IT Operations Lead

The IT Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily management of IT systems and infrastructure. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware and software inventory, backup and restoration processes, and archival and retrieval of electronic data.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage IT-related procurement and payment processes.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of IT systems at the site, including resolving ongoing hardware and software problems with the support of FMS and corporate teams.

Requirements:

This role requires a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in pharma manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
