Our organization seeks a strategic and results-driven Store Manager to lead the retail store operations.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of store management, ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining high standards of performance.
  • We require a results-oriented professional who can drive sales growth while optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage store staff to ensure effective teamwork and productivity, fostering a positive work environment that encourages employee development and engagement.
  2. Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with suppliers for timely replenishment, and maintain accurate stock records.
  3. Implement visually appealing merchandising displays and maintain store appearance, adhering to company visual standards and guidelines.
  4. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and operational procedures, addressing any discrepancies or concerns in a timely manner.
  6. Foster exceptional customer relationships by resolving queries and complaints professionally, reflecting positively on the organization's reputation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferable).
  • 3-6 years of experience in retail store management or a supervisory role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software, with knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
