About Our Junior Officer Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of operations excellence (OE) activities, knowledge of 5S activities, and a basic understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of OE activities
  • Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with cGMP and GDP regulations
  • Support production activities and ensure personal hygiene standards are met
  • Awareness of plant and personal safety requirements is essential
  • Contribute to housekeeping of the plant and surrounding areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
  • Master's degree in Organic Chemistry is an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in API manufacturing units is required
