As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the upkeep of our facilities, utilities, and support systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop proactive maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and quick resolution of emergency repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the upkeep of plant facilities, utilities, and support systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as downtime, MTTR, and MTBF, and implement action plans for performance improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
  • Manage inventory of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies effectively.
  • Recommend and execute upgrades or improvements in equipment and maintenance practices.
