Smooth Facility Operations

The General Manager plays a key role in ensuring seamless facility operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining facilities and equipment, sourcing critical materials, and overseeing inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Maintenance and Equipment Management
  • Sourcing of Engineering Consumables and Proprietary Spares
  • Inventory Oversight
  • Qualification Studies for Equipment, Plant, and Utility
  • Preventive Maintenance Programs for Plant Equipment and Utilities
  • Process Validation Program Review and Participation
  • Drawing Maintenance and Updates (Plant Layout, Equipment Layout, P&ID, HVAC System)
  • Annual Maintenance Programs for Utilities and Material Handling Equipment
  • Instrument Arrangement for Plant Equipment and Accessories
  • Quality Document Review, Authorization, and Compliance
  • Statutory Compliance of Boiler Electrical Inspector and Standard Weights
  • Equipment Modifications as per Approved Capex and Plant Requirements
  • cGMP and EHS Compliance
  • Employee Training for SOP, New Systems, Qualification, etc.
  • Maintenance Report and Energy Consumption Review with Corrective Actions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 18-22 years of work experience
