Role & responsibilities

  • Comprehensive experience in transforming business through innovative Project Management, Greenfield Project Execution, Manufacturing Engineering, Process engineering & development, Quality, Lean Six Sigma, New Plant set-up, with skills in New Process development Assembly, Automobile & Electric Vehicle (EV) Manufacturing across Automotive & Manufacturing industries.
  • Process Quality: Internal auditor with certifications including IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certificate and VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor Certificate.
  • Project Management: Proficient in planning, scheduling, and implementing new process developments 2/3 -wheeler assembly.
  • Manufacturing Engineering: Expertise in new project development, plant layout, system documentation (PAPP and process-related documents), facility development, and RFQ preparation.
  • Assembly Line Development: Skilled in BOM preparation, costing and line balancing, packaging development, and assembly line development.
  • Proficiency in establishing & restructuring businesses with hands-on experience in formulating, developing and implementing yearly business & operational strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through.
  • Coordinated with the leadership and cross functional teams, contributing towards BU initiatives, improving the processes associated with product release and commercialisation.
  • Managed improvement review process, implementation and transition control plans.
  • Process Design: Creating processes that ensure optimal operation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Equipment Selection: Choosing appropriate machinery and technology to support the process.
  • Simulation and Modelling: Using software tools to simulate processes and predict performance.
