Assistant Qa Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure products meet quality standards with a rejection rate below 0.5% for gears, VMC, and GDC.
Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain zero complaints.
Implement and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with industry standards.
Lead internal audits, management reviews (MRM), and customer audits.
Manage and develop a team of 1 Assistant Manager, 5 Engineers, and 15 Inspectors.
Drive revenue generation by reducing rework and scrap, targeting 10 to 18 Lakhs monthly.
Work to reduce rejection rates from 0.5% to 0.25%.
Optimize use of the quality lab and resources to maintain high standards.
Report to GM - QA and Senior GM, overseeing quality team performance.
Key Skills:
Expertise in QMS implementation and quality standards.
Strong customer complaint management and resolution.
Experience in audits and team leadership.
Ability to drive process compliance and continuous improvement.
Analytical skills for problem-solving and revenue generation.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Lead quality team to meet objectives and targets.
Implement and execute a quality plan aligned with company goals.
Ensure compliance with the quality manual and industry standards.
Maintain and manage the quality lab and equipment.
Monitor and report quality metrics as per company guidelines.

Reduce rejection rate from 0.5% to 0.25%.
