Post: Assistant Quality Manager


Company Profile: Gradually the company expanded its customer base to include the Electrical Switchgear industries.  

It was in the year 2004, that the company expanded its product range to include electrical enclosures like MCB distribution boxes, Concealed metal boxes, and main switches. 
Today, after 25 years the company has grown to a full-fledged manufacturing facility of 66,000 sq. feet. spread across 5 units and manpower over 300. Bw-image-of-F19 
With a battery of over 40 power presses, 6 CNC turret punching machines, 8 CNC Bending machines, 2 NC shearing machines, Fabrication, pretreatment, powder coating, and assembly all under one roof, it caters to Enclosure requirements of Electrical giants like Schneider Electric, Siemens, L&T, Eaton, V Guard, and Polycab.

Experience:  Min 5 Years Must be familiar with Preference will be given to those who have knowledge of Press shop, Fabrication ( Projection welding )
, Pretreatment process, Powdercoating process. ( Most Important and essential )

Education: DME

Salary: up to 4.50 Lac(s)

Skill:

Responsible for all the Quality issues of all the products
To ensure zero % rejection at the customer's end
Responsible for the Developments of new techniques and methods of Q A
Responsible for the gauge calibration
Responsible for the development of a good quality team in all area
Responsible for the reduction of in-process rejection
Responsible for the Quality of in-coming & out-going material of all area
Responsible for Quality awareness among all the employees of all area
Leadership skills.
Good communication skills especially with all the customers (Internal & External).
People Management skills
Knowledge of any other ERP.
Ability to handle concern customer end senior quality concerns
