Job Description:

Position Systems Manager / QA Sr. Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

• Implement all relevant procedures described in the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO
14001 and ISO and ensure compliance

• Devise and review specifications for products or processes

• Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their
compliance

• Audit suppliers regularly as per the schedule and also in case of any major non-conformities to ensure
their processes are streamlined to produce defect-free parts

• Maintain Quality Plan for components/products/projects by suggesting required changes from
time to time

• Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback

• Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error
proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures

• Champion a program for the implementation and sustainment of a continuous improvement culture

• Undertake internal and process audits of the Integrated Management System

• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards

• Review and audit the Quality Control procedures on a regular basis to ensure that they will actually
trap any variance between documented requirements and the final products or services.

• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis

• Act on positive or negative feedback from customers and other interested parties

• Any other responsibilities as given by management

Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies :


• Knowledge and experience of IMS management (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001)

• Direct work experience in the Quality department of a manufacturing company (mechanical background) of
at least 8-10 years

• Experience in the Industrial Valves and Valve Actuation industry is preferred.

• Minimum education requirement: BE Mechanical

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of
instructions are given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate. Fluency in
English is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience of working in an ERP software

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary Range: CTC - 5.5 lacs Per Annum
