We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage client relationships, support recruitment processes, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Assist the client servicing team in managing day-to-day client interactions
  • Requirement Coordination: Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand and fulfill client requirements
  • Job Documentation: Prepare and update job descriptions and candidate briefs based on client input
  • Candidate Scheduling: Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with clients
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM tools and recruitment databases
  • Reporting and Documentation: Assist in creating client reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Follow-up and Support: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and candidates
  • Onboarding Process: Support in onboarding processes and client feedback management
  • Industry Update: Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
