Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and retention by optimizing the CRM system.

The ideal candidate will configure, manage, and continuously improve CRM functionalities to align with organizational objectives.

  • Crm Platform Management & Optimization

The selected candidate will ensure that customer data remains accurate, updated, de-duplicated, and secure, implementing quality control measures across the CRM.

  • Data Integrity & Crm Hygiene

They will establish efficient processes for capturing leads, tracking interactions, assigning leads using automation features, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.

  • Lead Management & Automation

The chosen candidate will collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align CRM campaigns and lead routing strategies, acting as the go-to resource for CRM guidance.

  • Cross-functional Coordination

They will monitor CRM KPIs like lead conversion, retention rates, email open rates, and customer lifetime value, turning CRM data into actionable insights and reports for leadership.

  • Reporting & Analytics

The successful candidate will develop customer journey maps and targeted campaigns using behavior tracking and scoring mechanisms.

  • Customer Journey Strategy

They will ensure CRM operations comply with data privacy regulations and internal security best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience managing CRMs or sales operations; experience with LeadSquared is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and workflow automation; familiarity with LeadSquared is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication, training, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
