Job Role

The Front Office Manager is a pivotal position in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and reception area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision: The successful candidate will oversee and lead the front office team, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and other support staff to achieve optimal results.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure guests, visitors, and clients have a positive experience by handling inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily tasks such as phone calls, emails, and mail while maintaining organized and efficient front office procedures.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between front office staff and other departments within the organization to foster clear communication channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a front office or similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
