Job Title: Front Desk Professional

About the Role

The Front Desk Professional serves as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

This role is responsible for managing room bookings, handling guest inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Reservations Management: Manage room bookings through the hotel's reservation system, process cancellations and modifications as needed, ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, handle incoming calls and emails professionally, prepare and maintain reports related to occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction, communicate special requests or issues to relevant departments.
  • Compliance: Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, maintain guest confidentiality and security.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Previous 2-year experience in a customer service role; preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proficient in using reservation systems and basic computer software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
