Operations Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead and manage food partner employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with our strategic goals. They will also be tasked with promoting the utilization of our digitized platform, driving adoption, and engaging daily with food partners to update menu items and coordinate changes on our App.

As an Operations Executive, you will conduct cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, perform hourly governance checks, and address issues while reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses to your manager. You will also foster a positive work culture, ensure timely, high-quality service, and gather feedback from employees and clients regularly.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to learn quickly. They will be a team player with leadership skills, self-motivation, and honesty. A graduate with a craft course certification in Hospitality is preferred, along with at least 0-1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the utilization of our digitized platform and communicate its benefits and convenience.
  • Drive adoption by assisting in downloading and using the App, providing training, and supporting those without the App to order and pay through various payment wallets.
  • Engage daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate changes on the App, and ensure timely push notifications and banner displays.
  • Conduct cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, perform hourly governance checks, and address issues while reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses to your manager.
  • Foster a positive work culture, ensure timely, high-quality service, and gather feedback from employees and clients regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas.
  • Maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and temperature records, reporting any variances.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Basic computer knowledge and a passion for learning.
  • A team player with leadership skills, self-motivation, and honesty.
  • A graduate with a craft course certification in Hospitality is preferred.
