Job Title
: Customer Acquisition Specialist.Our company is seeking a skilled Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to persuade, and a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to a list of leads or customers to promote products/services.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, offers, and new products.
- Generate leads for the sales team or follow up on warm leads to convert them into customers.
- Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information and support as needed.
- Answer inquiries related to products, services, or account details.
- Build rapport with potential customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Keep track of progress and performance to ensure goals are met.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system or lead database.
- Report daily or weekly progress on calls made, leads generated, and sales achieved.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits, answering any questions they may have.
- Effectively handle objections and concerns from customers.
