In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and stay ahead in the market.
As a key account manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
You will also identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers, conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to provide excellent customer service and support.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry.
A strong knowledge of retail mortgages and financial products is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is required, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
