Job Description:

As a beauty intern, you will represent our brand at retail locations. You will build meaningful client relationships, create memorable in-store experiences, and ensure our strong presence and performance at our partner counters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by delivering superior client service and personalized consultations
  • Understand customer needs to ensure loyalty and repeat sales
  • Strengthen client relationships while building a long-term customer base

Requirements:

  • Provide superior client service by demonstrating interest, courtesy and sincerity
  • Extend exceptional client care to every customer through consultations
  • Use your selling skills that relate to customer needs
  • Achieve sales goals planned for the year for your Fragrance & Beauty account
  • Increase the customer base and build business for the future
  • Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication
