Job Title: Co-Founder - Finance & Operations

Our mission is clear: to facilitate offline connections among young Indians through various platforms and community-driven initiatives.

Your Role:

As Co-Founder of Finance and Operations, you will spearhead our financial strategy, fundraising, and operational scale-up. You'll ensure we have the necessary resources and systems in place to grow sustainably from Day 1.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial models to optimize unit economics, CAC/LTV analysis, and marketplace liquidity.
  • Lead fundraising efforts: prepare investor materials, pitch decks, financial modelling, and investor relations.
  • Design robust financial systems: accounting, compliance, reporting, unit economics, and CAC/LTV analysis.
  • Oversee compliance, accounting, and corporate governance.
  • Develop operational processes for venue partnerships, equipment rentals, and event logistics.
  • Balance marketplace liquidity by ensuring enough hosts and events to meet attendee demand.
  • Establish trust and safety operations: dispute resolution, refunds, and community guidelines.

  • Prior experience in marketplaces or consumer platforms is a plus.
  • Comfort managing logistics, partnerships, and customer support.
  • A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves in early execution.
