Global Compensation Strategy Leader

The Global Compensation Strategy Leader will develop and implement a comprehensive global compensation framework ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive market practices.

This role focuses on establishing standardized global compensation structures driving differentiated rewards programs and managing key aspects such as job architecture compensation benchmarking short-term incentive programs STIPs long-term incentive programs LTIPs and global benefits administration.

  1. Lead the design development and implementation of a global compensation framework and strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive market practices.
  2. Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs including short-term incentives STIPs long-term incentives LTIPs and executive compensation.
  3. Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications structures and career progression paths across the organization.
  4. Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
  5. Lead the development of compensation surveys cost models and market analysis to ensure that compensation packages are aligned with global industry standards and company objectives.
  6. Administer and manage global benefits programs ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
  7. Provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning budgeting and forecasting including the preparation of costing models for compensation strategies.
  8. Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement satisfaction and performance.
  9. Develop maintain and update compensation-related reports and dashboards providing actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  10. Lead the communication of total rewards programs to employees ensuring clarity understanding and alignment with organizational culture.
  11. Ensure compliance with all local national and international compensation regulations and monitor any legislative changes that may impact compensation and benefits programs.
  12. Manage and develop a team of Total Rewards professionals ensuring continuous development and delivery of high-quality work.
