We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Support Professional to join our team.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, sales) for quick resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
