Global Business Technology Team Lead

The newly created Global Business Technology team is at the forefront of all major growth and strategic initiatives.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect and lead the design and development of GTM systems for scalability, growth, and standardization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep knowledge of GTM systems features and capabilities to create innovative solutions using out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Establish strong relationships with product lines, delivery management teams, and key business stakeholders.
  • Create fit-gap matrices and process alignments documentation to ensure solution meets requirements.
  • Develop and design requirements for GTM systems in consultation with internal departments and subsidiaries.
  • Formulate technical requirements and concepts for further development of technical requirements.
  • Coordinate and control internal departments and external service providers regarding GTM systems.
  • Configure and manage GTM systems, including Salesforce and its ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience delivering technical architectures and implementation services for GTM systems like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Mulesoft, and Salesloft.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and keep pace with business offerings, technical innovation, and market-driven initiatives.
  • Strong requirements, design, and documentation skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good experience with requirements, dev, and PM tools, as well as overall SDLC processes, tools, and technologies.
