Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to accelerate our revenue growth by bringing in new clients and nurturing strong business relationships.
Role OverviewAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our creative services, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across industries for video production & content services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, outreach, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the creative team to propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular market insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile- Proven sales experience (preferably in advertising, media, digital marketing, or video production).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative services.
- Confidence in approaching CXOs, Marketing Managers, Brand Heads, and Agency Partners.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with targets.
- Good understanding of digital trends, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Graduate/MBA preferred, but more weightage will be given to skills and proven results.
