Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating business from retail segments and managing channel partners in assigned areas. Your goal is to achieve individual targets, monitor secondary sales, and conduct sales promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business from retail segments for assigned areas through various stakeholders.
  • Manage and generate business from Channel partners across the assigned area/territory.
  • Monitor secondary sales for stockiest.
  • Conduct sales promotional activities and brand visibility programs at assigned areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good retail market knowledge.
  • Electrical switchgear product knowledge.
  • Expertise in Sales Promotion activities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
