Job OverviewAs a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 12-20 customer service associates and driving them to achieve exceptional performance. The role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer service associates and motivate them to achieve team SLA.
- Consistently meet or exceed all KPIs and SLAs set by clients while adhering to quality parameters.
- Floorwalk regularly to supervise, coordinate, and monitor activities of customer service associates.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customers and maintain efficient operations through effective planning, leading, controlling, and organizing.
- Prioritize and assign work to associates, initiate corrective measures to resolve day-to-day work-related problems, and devise strategies to minimize attrition and absenteeism.
- Organize training programs, interact with other departments, and develop effective rapport to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Graduate degree required.
- Preferred experience from sales/up-selling background with at least 2 years of experience in team handling.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Basic arithmetic and statistical skills for data analysis and report generation.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience in the Chinese or Mandarin language are essential.
The estimated salary for this position ranges between ₹6,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and may vary accordingly.
