Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Strategically oversee the entire hiring process, attracting top talent and developing comprehensive onboarding programs for seamless welcome experiences.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Foster a dynamic company culture by designing engaging team rituals and initiatives that promote connection and morale.
  • HR Operations & Process Streamlining: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while streamlining processes to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Support and contribute to L&D initiatives, helping employees grow their skills and careers within the organization.
  • Internship Program Management: Manage and nurture the internship program, providing valuable experiences for emerging talent.
  • Employer Branding: Actively contribute to boosting our employer brand, making the company an employer of choice.
  • Workplace Environment: Help build a workplace that is consistently organized, vibrant, and people-first, prioritizing employee well-being and growth.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hiring and onboarding processes, including talent acquisition and management.
  • Strong understanding of fostering positive company culture and employee engagement through strategic planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with core HR operations, including process streamlining and efficiency enhancement.
  • Experience or interest in Learning & Development (L&D) and managing internship programs to support employee growth.
  • Ability to plan and execute engaging team rituals and events.
  • A knack for streamlining processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Understanding of strategies to boost employer brand and reputation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for creating a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is preferred. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
