Job Role: Senior Human Resources Manager

About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the organization's HR strategy to align with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Group HR Strategy to drive synergies across all group companies regarding policies and practices.
  • Lead the Leadership Talent Strategy: assessment, development, and succession for CXOs and key roles.
  • Manage Group-wide HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs.
  • Ensure strong succession planning for all critical roles.
  • Promote talent mobility across the group.
  • Oversee the Group Performance Management Framework for CEOs and L1s.
  • Collaborate with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to create and implement Executive Compensation Structures.
  • Partner with CEOs and CHROs for aligned HR delivery across companies.
  • Establish a Group HR Council for shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice execution.
  • Report to the Board on HR matters such as people risks, succession, engagement, and culture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software applications.
