Job Overview

About this strategic role, we are seeking a highly competent professional to helm one of our vibrant development centers. In this position, you will liaise with business leaders and implement human resources solutions aligned to the DC.

  • Ensure seamless employee onboarding and assimilation
  • Create and nurture a positive work environment and safeguard our organizational culture
  • Build and create the DC brand in society and ensure business continuity at all times
  • Inculcate a high-performance work environment and promote diversity and inclusivity
  • Protect the interests of the organization and initiate disciplinary action where needed
  • Implement DC-wide rewards and recognition programs and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
  • Manage employee grievances – anti-sexual harassment, workplace concerns
  • Manage the health & wellness program
  • Craft robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between management and employees
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW/equivalent degree preferred
  • Minimum 11-17 years of experience in human resources
