Compensation & Benefits Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team. This role focuses on managing and analyzing compensation data, ensuring compliance with labour laws and maintaining well-designed pay and benefits programs.

The ideal candidate will work closely with payroll and HR teams, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits is essential, along with a strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.

  • Manage and analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Design and implement compensation policies that drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to inform compensation decisions.

Please note that this role requires candidates from Tier 1 and 2 Institutes, with experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation Data Management: Analyze and manage compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Policy Design and Implementation: Develop and implement compensation policies that drive business results.
  3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  4. Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate compensation-related information and changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Tier 1 and 2 Institute background.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Bonus: The right candidate will have experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry, which will be considered a significant advantage.
