Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior digital marketing strategist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing global digital marketing strategies to attract customers and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with experience in managing online campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing results. You will work closely with our performance manager to identify opportunities and execute plans to increase customer acquisition and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Manage and optimize online campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role;
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies;
  • Expertise in managing online campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing results;
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and paid advertising channels;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Hindi is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and software;
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field.
