Business Growth Strategist

As a Business Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success and client satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and improve employee health and benefits programs, incorporating industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess employee health and benefits programs, including plan design, vendor relationships, and cost drivers.
  • Develop tailored recommendations to enhance benefits offerings, boost employee engagement, and control costs.
  • Analyze industry trends and emerging benefits solutions to deliver innovative advice.
  • Cross-sell products and services to current clients and participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams for client RFPs, plan renewals, and implementation processes.

You will be expected to develop and execute project plans, present periodic reports to specific client groups, and build and maintain strong client relationships. Additionally, you will contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and internal knowledge sharing on employee health and benefits topics.

Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in community, school, or college leadership roles.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.

The ideal candidate will have domain knowledge, 5+ years of work experience in the insurance industry, and a post-graduate or actuarial degree, preferably with experience in health insurance.
