About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Driven Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives through data-driven insights and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL and data visualization tools to gain insights into user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast revenue projections and campaign performance.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and identify growth features.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
  • Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase or Tableau.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and customer behavior modeling.
  • Previous experience in mobile gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or other high-growth mobile app industries.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and their impact on analytics and attribution.
