About the Role

This role requires a strategic and seasoned HR leader to head our Human Resources Operations function. This position will drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and manage senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including multiple sites and corporate teams.
  • Manage Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams.
  • Implement and govern HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Take ownership of Employee Life Cycle Management.
  • Strengthen HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle grievance redressal and workplace practices.
  • Define best practices in HR operations.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR from top-tier institutions.
  • 20+ years of experience in HR Operations within large organizations.

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations.
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, and process design.
  • Ability to work at a strategic level and manage complex details.
  • Reporting experience to CXO/CHRO leadership.
