Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader

This role plays a critical part in driving key aspects of the human resources function within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal processes, including annual goal setting and periodic performance assessments.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Compensation and Benefits Management
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide strategic input to leadership on annual salary revision and manage annual performance bonus payout and revisions.
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Learning and Development
  • Identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across different job roles.
  • Implement various delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of training sessions.
Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Organizational Design and Structure
  • Assess and design organizational structures to support business goals and improve efficiency.
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability within the organization.
Employee Relations
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational development goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
