Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the residential segment.

This role requires a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets in the residential segment.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and performance.
