We are seeking a seasoned IT Governance professional to oversee governance frameworks, service management operations, and compliance initiatives in alignment with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage IT governance frameworks and operations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor IT policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and enable continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT processes support organizational goals.

For this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and at least 10 years of experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance, or Risk Management roles.

You should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks, as well as excellent understanding of IT risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit processes. Relevant certifications such as COBIT, ITIL Expert, ISO 20000, CISA, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
