Enterprise Data Governance Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, defining and implementing strategies for data quality, consistency, and accessibility across various platforms and business units.
This is a critical position that will drive data governance practices and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance principles and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain data governance architecture frameworks and metadata models
- Establish data governance strategies, policies, standards, and procedures for compliance and process improvement
- Conduct maturity assessments and change management efforts to ensure effective data governance implementation
- Evaluate and recommend data governance tools and technologies to meet enterprise business needs
- Design and implement architectural patterns for data catalog, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, data security, and master data management (MDM) across various data platforms
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. They will also be proficient in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop/Spark, etc.), and data visualization and BI tools.
