About the Role
Mobilise is an independent marketing agency with a global presence, working with ambitious brands across tech and industry.
This position anchors our client relationships in India and beyond, setting the standard for how we engage with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure delivery teams stay ahead of the curve, building long-term trust that drives growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning relationships with senior marketing decision-makers to drive revenue growth
- Guiding internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs
- Anticipating client requirements and bringing proactive solutions
- Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility - keeping margins, timelines, and impact in check
- Developing, coaching, and growing a consultative team
We're looking for someone with 12+ years of client service experience (agency side, B2B is a plus). Key skills include:
- Ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
- Someone who can manage both detail and direction
- Track record of running multi-market accounts
- Inspiration for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline
Success indicators include:
- Strong retention and expansion across accounts
- Clients seeing us as strategic partners
- A team that runs independently with commercial and creative judgment
- Steady account growth with upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Projects delivered accurately, on time, on budget, and profitably
- Smooth billing, receivables, and financial accuracy
